“When I first started taking AP Physics I was at a complete loss. I had tried tutors from school to PhDs, but I was starting to think my brain just didn’t work that way. I found Alex through a tutoring app and from my first session things started to click. He takes the time to describe not just the how of a problem but why. What most helped me was that he challenged me to try problems on my own and would guide me if I was lost. I was I started getting A’s on tests when I was clueless on the homework and I even felt comfortable tutoring my friends. By the time my final rolled around I had seen Alex about once every one or two months but even though I didn’t see him all that often I still retained the information far better than when me teacher taught it. I scored a five on my practice test final followed by a five on the actual AP test. Tutoring with Alex definitely helped me get there. After every session I felt more confident and comfortable with the material. Alex is definitely the best tutor I’ve ever had!”
